1. The Organisers
    The Organiser of the Promotion is Carlsberg Marketing Sdn Bhd (Co. No. 140534-M)

  2. Promotion Period
    The validity period of this Promotion shall be from 16 December, 2019 to 9 February, 2020 at selected Modern Bars, Café, Bistros & Restaurants (“Participating Outlets”).

  3. Eligibility
    1. This Promotion is open to all non-Muslim aged 21 years or over of Malaysian Nationality subject to other criteria set out below, the Standard Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions herein and the relevant laws of Malaysia.
    2. Employees of the Organiser, its associate agencies, affiliates, distributors, dealers, sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion.
    3. This Promotion is only valid for purchases made on or within the Promotion Period as stated above. Any purchases made prior or after the Promotion Period is not eligible.

  4. Promotion Mechanics
    How to Participate?
    1. With any purchase of the following Carlsberg’s Products to receive one (1) deck of Exclusive Carlsberg Playing Cards from the Participating Outlets and stand a chance to win one (1) 3-Litre Limited Edition Carlsberg Bottle.
      • 1 tower of Carlsberg GL or Carlsberg Smooth Draught
      • 2 buckets of Carlsberg GL or Carlsberg Smooth Draught
      • 6 full pints of Carlsberg GL or Carlsberg Smooth Draught
      • 10 half pints of Carlsberg GL or Carlsberg Smooth Draught

    2. Upon purchase on any of the beer packages above, consumer can participate in the lucky draw for the 3 Liter Limited Edition Carlsberg Bottle by writing their name & IC on their receipt & submit it to the dedicated agency number.
    Prize Redemption
    1. Submission of Entry is through instant messaging app ‘WhatsApp’ only.
    2. Participant is required to complete the following steps: -
      1. Write your name (as per IC No.) and IC No. on the front side of each proof of purchase (“Receipt”). Must be clear and readable.

      2. Snap a photo of each Receipt (front) and key in Name (as per your IC)<SPACE>I/C No.<SPACE>Receipt No.<SPACE>

      3. Send to 017 – 211 1213.

    3. Participants need to safe keep the original Receipt for verification and redemption purposes.

    4. The Organiser will send out acknowledgment report to successful entry only through instant messaging app ‘WhatsApp’ (“Qualified Submission”).

    5. The Organiser shall be entitled to request the original Identity Card or the originals of other supporting documents/materials for verification purposes.

    6. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and remove any Participant from the Promotion without prior notification or disclosure of information should the Participant be suspected of tampering with their entries or breach the Promotion terms and conditions.

    Selection of Winner and Prize Redemption

    1. The Prizes for the Promotion are as follows:
      Week 1 16 December 2019 to 22 December 2019
      Week 2 23 December 2019 to 29 December 2019
      Week 3 30 December 2019 to 5 January 2020
      Week 4 6 January 2020 to 12 January 2020
      Week 5 13 January 2020 to 19 January 2020
      Week 6 20 January 2020 to 26 January 2020
      Week 7 27 January 2020 to 2 February 2020
      Week 8 3 February 2020 to 9 February 2020
    2. Total number of entries are divided by 88 to find X. X is rounded down to the nearest whole number, and every Xth entry will be selected as the winner. E.g. If there are a total of 105 entries in a week, 105 is divided by 88 = 1.2. Rounded down, every 1st entry is selected as one of the week’s winners.

    3. Each Participant can only win one (1) Limited Edition Carlsberg 3-Litre Bottle throughout the Promotion Period.

    4. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute with a Prize of similar value, with or without notice.

    5. The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash credit or any other items. Not redeemed within the notified period will be forfeited.

    Redemption Period
    1. Any redemption must be made before 9 February, 2020 or while stocks last, whichever is earlier. failing which, any redemption shall not be entertained.

    2. Redemption items cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to substitute the prize or redemption item with that of similar value at any time with or without prior notice.

    3. The Organiser shall reserve the right to select an alternative Winner at its sole discretion at any time.

  5. Privacy Policy
    By participating, Consumer explicitly consents that the Organiser shall store the necessary personal data of the Consumer. The Consumer is free to revoke his or her consent to the storage of data by sending an email to the Organiser as stated below and by doing so, the Consumer withdraws his or her participation in this Promotion. The Organiser will use its best endeavours to keep all personal data stored for the purpose of this Promotion strictly confidential.

  6. Additional Terms
    1. By participating, Consumer agree to the Terms and Conditions applied.
    2. The Organiser is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, the website, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services.
    3. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
    4. The Contest Terms and the Carlsberg’s Standard Terms and Conditions (collectively “Terms and Conditions”) shall be binding on all Consumers who participate in this Promotion. The definitions in the Carlsberg’s Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply unless otherwise expressly stated in the Contest Terms. In the event of any discrepancies between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, the final Terms and Conditions on Carlsberg’s website shall prevail.
