Terms & Conditions

  1. The Organiser
    The Organiser of the contest is Carlsberg Marketing Sdn Bhd [198501008089(140534-M)].

  2. Promotion Period 
    The validity period of this Promotion shall be from 19 April, 2021 to 31 May, 2021 at participating Traditional Coffee Shops, Hawkerstore, Foodcourts, Modern Bars, Café, Bistros & Restaurants.

  3. Eligibility
    This Promotion is open to all non-Muslim aged 21 years or over residents in Malaysia subject to other criteria set out below, the Standard Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions herein and the relevant laws of Malaysia.

    Employees of the Organiser, its associate agencies, affiliates, distributors, dealers, sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion.

  4. How to participate in the Promotion
    1. With any purchase of One (1) of Carlsberg Smooth Draught bottle (580ml) Carlsberg Smooth Draught from the participating Outlet(s), shall be eligible to redeem the free gifts. To be eligible for the redemption, Consumer needs to collect the special Carlsberg Smooth Draught bottle caps as stated in the table below.

    2. Consumer need to safe-keep of all the valid bottle caps for verification purposes in order to redeem the Gift.
    3. The availability of the free Gifts is on first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last basis. The Organiser shall not be liable for any non-availability for redemption claims made at the Participating Outlets.
    4. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Gifts with other merchandise with a similar value, with or without notice.
    5. The Organiser shall be entitled to request the original Identity Card or the originals of other supporting documents/materials for verification purposes, if required.

  5. Redemption
    1. Consumer shall collect the valid bottle caps obtained via valid purchases at the Participating Outlet and shall present the valid bottle caps at the locations stated on Point of Sales Materials at the selected Participating Outlets.
    2. Consumers need to safe keep the valid bottle cap for verification and redemption of the Free Gift. Failure to provide total number of valid number of bottle caps or any damaged/torn and/or tampered for whatsoever reason shall result being disqualified and the Organiser shall be entitled to forfeit the Free Gift from the Consumer.
    3. Consumer must submit the valid number of bottle caps at the nearest Carlsberg Marketing Sdn Bhd, Sales office or participating outlet for verification purposes in order to redeem the Free Gifts.
    4. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any Free Gifts with a Free Gifts of similar value, with or without notice. The Organizer’s decision is final and no correspondences thereafter will be entertained.
    5. The Free Gift is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash credit or any other items.

  6. Privacy Policy
    By participating, Consumer explicitly consents that the Organiser shall store the necessary personal data of the Consumer. Consumer is free to revoke his or her consent to the storage of data by sending an email to the Organiser as stated below and by doing so, Consumer is withdrawing his or her participation in this Promotion. The Organiser will use its best endeavours to keep all personal data stored for the purpose of this Promotion strictly confidential.

  7. Additional Terms
    1. By participating, Consumer agree to the terms & conditions applied.
    2. The Organiser is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, the website, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services.
    3. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
    4. The Promotion Terms and the Carlsberg’s Standard Terms and Conditions (collectively “Terms and Conditions”) shall be binding on Consumer who participate in this Promotion. The definitions in the Carlsberg’s Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply unless otherwise expressly stated in the Promotion Terms. In the event of any discrepancies between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, the final terms and conditions on Carlsberg’s website shall prevail.
